1. How do event and workshop bookings work?
Most of our events and workshops are hosted in small, intimate formats with limited seats. A booking is confirmed only once payment or confirmation is completed as mentioned for that particular event.
2. What is your cancellation policy for events?
Since our events are designed for small groups, last-minute cancellations are usually difficult for us to accommodate. We request you to let us know as early as possible if you are unable to attend. Wherever we can, we will try to help with adjustments, but this cannot always be guaranteed.
3. Can my event booking be transferred to someone else?
In many cases, yes. If you are unable to attend, please inform us in advance. We will do our best to allow the booking to be transferred to someone else, depending on the event format.
4. Do I need to pre-book for events and workshops?
Yes. Since seats are limited for most of our events and workshops, prior booking is usually required.
5. Will I be informed if there is a change in an event?
Yes. If there is any important update, rescheduling, or cancellation from our side, we will inform registered participants through the contact details shared at the time of booking.
6. Do you offer delivery for store items?
At the moment, items ordered through Patta Chai are available only for pickup from the café. We hope to introduce doorstep delivery soon.
7. Can I walk in to the café without a booking?
Yes, the café is open for walk-ins. Bookings are mainly required for special events, workshops, and curated experiences.
